Non-Peak

$500/ 3-day weekend
$1000/week
Peak (January - March, June - November):
$700/ 3-day weekend
$1250/week
Holiday weeks (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,
Christmas, New Year's):
$1500/week
We require $300 refundable deposit upon booking
